Transit Ferry Transfer Service introduction:
The SkyPier, commenced operation on 29 September 2003, provides speedy Ferry Transfer service for transit passengers, making Hong Kong International Airport a truly multi-modal international transport hub, with sea, land and air travel.
Operated by the Hong Kong International Airport Ferry Terminal Services Ltd, the SkyPier provides high-speed ferries to shuttle passengers from five ports in the Pearl River Delta - Shenzhen Shekou, Shenzhen Fuyong, Macau, Zhongshan and Humen in Dongguan - to whisk through HKIA for direct flights to 140 destinations. |
No matter you are transiting to and from PRD Ports, you can relax and enjoy a hassle-free journey with your luggage duly looked after by the ferry terminal operator.

| - For Guest Transfer From Hong Kong International Airport to PRD ports: |

1).Passengers arrive at Passenger Terminal Building, HKIA (Hong Kong International Airport) |
| 2).Buy ferry tickets at the Ferry Transfer Desk next to Airport Authority Customer Services Counter on the Arrival level |
| 3).Temperature Check |
| 4).Security check at E1 |
| 5). Board bonded bus for SkyPier at boarding gate 10 |
6).Board ferry at SkyPier for PRD ports

Passengers who are transiting to PRD Ports should hold the following documents:
- Valid passport and visa for intended destinations
- Valid ferry ticket (Tickets can be purchased at the Ferry Transfer Service Counter in the East Arrivals Hall).
- Air-to-Sea passengers with checked baggage should arrive at the Ferry Transfer Desk 60 minutes before ferry departure for document check/ purchase of tickets.
- Air-to-Sea passengers with hand baggage should arrive at the Ferry Transfer Desk 30 minutes before ferry departure for document check/ purchase of tickets.

Passengers who are transiting from PRD Ports should hold the following documents:
- Valid ferry ticket
- Valid air ticket with confirmed seat for same day departure
- Valid passport and visa for intended destinations/onward destinations
- Arrive 2 hours before flight departure at the SkyPier to process the check-in procedures
- Check if your onward flight is one of the participating airlines

- Hand carry baggage must not exceed 9" x 14" x 22"
Check in baggage
- Economy Class: 20 kg
- Business or First class: 30 kg
To / From US and Canada
- Baggage may not exceed two pieces per passenger
- Every piece of baggage may not exceed 32 kg
