There will be 2 nights cancellation fee OR Full Amount Charge, Non-Refundable. |
| However, due to different supplier's requirement, the exact cancellation policy will be notified again by email when processing reservation. Please make sure your understanding and acceptance of the cancellation policy before sending us the cancellation request. Cancellation request must be infirmed by email or by phone or by Fax, kindly make sure you had received our cancellation acknowledgement. |

| Refund Policy: |
| The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original payment method of purchase. Additionally, although we (Hongkongeasygo.com) will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice. We sure will take into account your refund as first priority. |
