Step 1. |
You search information through our website and make up your mind with your most favourie hotel, and decide to send us your reservation request. You can see the "Send Reservation" or "Reservation" or "Book Now" links on the Specific Hotel's Webpage, click it, and you will see a Reservation Form of the specific hotels.
Please fill up the information requested correctly, expecially your contact detail, otherwise, We reserve the right to refuse reservations if the personal details including Phone number are not verifiable.
After you filled up the reservation form, accept our cancellation & refund policy, please click "Submit" botton to send out your reservation request.
Normally, you will receive our reply very soon within 12 hours, unless it's at NIGHT of Local Time in Hong Kong (when we are unable to process your booking with hotel).
REMARK: If you didn't receive our reply more than 24 hours, it might be due to technical problem or other reasons, please send us an reminder to info@hongkongeasygo.com to let us know about your request. Our officer will take care of it.
At the same time, you can contact us by "Send Us an Enquiry" to any further explaination or questions. We are willing and ready to assist you.
Step 2. |
| After we receive your Reservation Request, we will get back to you with Availability of Hotel rooms along with Payment Request. (All hotels in Hong Kong are based on Pre-payment basis)
Once you receive our email, please send us the payment of the booking as soon as possible to finalize the booking. You can see our "Secure Payment Link" in the email. Please open the link and fill up your credit card details and send it out. (You can also print out the Credit Card Form, fill it up, and send back to our office by FAX.
After receiving the Credit Card payment, we will finalize your booking and forward you the confirmation with Hotel Voucher & Payment Receipt by email as soon as possible.
Please make sure you had filled up the correct credit card details, otherwise, we will not be able to finalize the booking without your payment. And please read carefully the Cancellation Policy in your email before sending us the payment.
For top urgent booking, normally we will contact you by phone to inform availability and remind you to check your email and send us the payment in time.
Step 3. |
Amend or Cancellation Request.
In case you need to change the booking or cancel booking, please send us an email or inform us by Phone or by FAX. After receive the notification, we will acknowledge the receiving of your request, and process the Amend or Cancel the booking for you. And our Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy will be applied accordingly.
The details will be sent to you by E-mail.
